今年の冬、はまだモツは口にしていなかったので冬あの間に行かねば！　みたいな感じですねDASH!

さて、今日から一気にあたたかくなりましたね☆

それと同時に花粉シーズンの到来ですねカゼ

ご存知ですか、厚生労働省によると、日本人の10人に1人は花粉症みたいです。

この春もたくさんの人が花粉に悩まされそうですね・・・。

I went to a certain restaurant for the Japanese food called Motsu-Nabe with one of my friends yesterday night because the winter is about to ends.

It is located close to our office! It’s yummy!!!

In the daring this season, I haven’t eaten any Motsu-Nabe, so I felt like that I should go there. lol

Well, it was very warm today, wasn’t it?!

But it is also the hay fever season is coming soon! X0

According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, hay fever afflicts about one in 10 Japanese.

朝ごはん食べてる？ ブログネタ：朝ごはん食べてる？ 参加中

おはようございます晴れ

もう間もなく夜明けですが、皆さんは朝ごはんいつもどうされてますかはてなマーク

ちなみに、昔から朝が苦手な僕は朝ごはん食べたり食べなかったり・・・時計

というか、この仕事柄、朝ごはんというか晩御飯というか、寝起き最初の食事はだいたい18：00頃ですナイフとフォーク

だから、ご飯を食べながら、これは朝食なのか夕食なのかたまに疑問に思いますｗ

朝ごはんは、健康維持において非常に重要な事だから、食べないと！とは思いつつ　やっぱり、起きるときに朝ごはんの時間を削ってあと10分寝よう！　　みたいな感じで時間が無くなって、よく通勤途中にパンをかじりながら自転車で出勤なんて事もよくありますDASH!

でも、時間がある休みの日の朝なんかは、温かいクロワッサンにコーヒーとか最高ですね得意げ

これもまたパン派、ごはん派に別れますよね！？

皆さんはちゃんと朝ごはん食べてますか？？

Good morning, guys!
It is almost early morning.
So do you usually have breakfast?
In my case, I often miss breakfast because I’m poor at the morning.  X(
By the way, after I wake up, my first meal is usually at around 6pm  because of this job.
So sometimes I’m a little wondering that like am I having breakfast or dinner ? Which am I having now….?  like this. lol
I know! Taking breakfast is very important to stay healthy.  But I always can’t do this.
When I’m about to get up I’m always thinking that I’m gonna wake up ten minutes later.
After all, I’m eating bread while riding my bike to get to work.
I wish I had more time in the morning.
If I have a lot of time, I’d like to have some coffee and delicious croissants. Awesome!!
Here, two opinions are divided on people.
Do you have breakfast every day?
Well, workers!  Good luck with your job and have a nice day!!

今日のテーマは　キャベツ、レタスどっち好き？　です音譜

さてさて、私たちの食卓によく出てくる定番の野菜ですが、僕はキャベツ派です！！

なぜかというと、キャベツは、もちろんサラダで十分おいしいですが、温野菜もなかなかイケるナイフとフォーク

バリエーションを考えればキャベツの方が良いかなと思います割り箸

あっ、でもキャベツの芯は嫌いかも。。。
もちろんレタスの水々しさも好きですけどねまるちゃん風

皆さんは　キャベツ、レタスどっち派ですか？

You know, we are usually having these vegetables.
I prefer cabbages to lettuces!
Because cabbages are also used at steamed vegetables. So it is useful vegetable!
Oh, a salad of cabbage is nice, right?!
And cabbages have great variation.
But I don’t think I like to eat the heart of a cabbage.
Of course, I also love the lushness of a lettuce.
